SUMMARY:Baby-Toddler Storytime
DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays\, September 10  – December 3  \n\n9:30am\n\nCaregivers and their birth—3 year olds will join library staff for developmentally-appropriate fingerplays\, stories\, songs\, and more for 15-25 minutes. Lap-sitters\, skootchers\, crawlers\, and walkers are all welcome but please keep those who move within arm’s reach.\n\n\nPlease note:\nLibrary staff prepares each storytime with certain age levels in mind\, but we also recognize the complexities of families with children in multiple age groups. Younger siblings are welcome to join you and your preschooler at PreK Storytime and older siblings are welcome at Baby/Toddler. However\, we do ask that you remove yourselves to hang out in the Children’s Area if they start to draw attention away from the storytime activities. You are most welcome to return back to the group when you’re ready\, either that day or another day.\nYou are welcome to attend the appropriate storytime(s) as few or as many times as your schedule allows.\nWe encourage childcare groups to contact us in advance so we can make sure we are best prepared for a larger group. Thank you.

Join us in the Wissota Room for snacks and discussion about comics\, manga\, and graphic novels. We’ll offer an optional hands-on activity\, art project\, and/or game for interested participants to do during our meet up. Everyone is welcome\, even if you didn’t finish the book. \nClick the theme next to the date above to view that month’s 10 suggested titles. Stop by the library to pick up the book(s) you want to read or place a title on hold through the catalog. Can’t find something that appeals to you? You’re welcome to read a title of your choice within that theme. \nWalk-in program\, free of charge\, grades 6-12. Please contact Youth Services staff in advance if you need accommodations.
